Duleep Trophy 2025: Ishan Kishan to steer East Zone, Vaibhav Suryavanshi in standby

Jharkhand wicketkeeper-batter Ishan Kishan will lead the East Zone group within the Duleep Trophy to be held in Bengaluru from August 28.

The star-studded group consists of pacers Mohammed Shami, Akash Deep and Mukesh Kumar, other than distinguished batters comparable to Abhimanyu Easwaran and Riyan Parag. Teenage sensation Vaibhav Suryavanshi is among the many standbys.

East Zone will tackle North Zone in its first match, to be held from August 28 to 31.
