“Drink Yamuna Water, Will Meet You In Hospital”: Rahul Gandhi Jabs Arvind Kejriwal

In a no-holds-bar assault on Aam Aadmi Celebration nationwide convenor Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday, Congress chief Rahul Gandhi pointed to the earlier promise of the previous Delhi Chief Minister to scrub the Yamuna River, difficult him to take a dip within the river.

Taking a jibe at Mr Kejriwal, Mr Gandhi requested him to take a sip of Yamuna River and mentioned he would meet him in hospital later.

“Arvind Kejriwal mentioned that he’ll convey a brand new political system, will end corruption…He additionally promised that he would clear the Yamuna water inside 5 years, and would take a dip in it however it’s nonetheless soiled…I’d ask him to drink it, we’ll meet within the hospital after that,” Mr Gandhi mentioned whereas addressing a public assembly in Hauz Qazi Chowk.

Criticising the “core crew” of 9 individuals of AAP, together with Manish Sisodia, Atishi, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chaddha, Satyendra Jain and others, he likened them to being much like Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Whereas holding a pamphlet of AAP with the faces of its leaders, he added, “These 9 individuals are Kejriwal’s core crew, I’m studying the names, Kejriwal, his associate Sisodia, Atishi, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha, Sandeep Pathak, Satendra Jain, Avad Ojha, what number of of those individuals are within the 90%? Nobody from the Dalit OBC, or Muslim neighborhood is there…they make their crew and when there’s a riot anyplace, they disappear.”

“There is no such thing as a distinction between Kejriwal and Modi, Modi speaks overtly, Kejriwal stays silent, and doesn’t come when wanted,” he added.
