Ban on quarrying in Malappuram on December 2

Malappuram Collector V.R. Vinod banned quarrying within the district on Monday in view of the crimson alert sounded for the district. Individuals have been suggested to keep away from landslide-prone areas. These dwelling on the banks of the rivers have been requested to stay vigilant. Mr. Vinod requested the Kerala State Electrical energy Board (KSEB), Public Works division (PWD), and panchayat-level catastrophe response groups to stay alert.
