Karnataka IPS Officer, 26, Killed In Tragic Accident En Route To First Job Posting

In a tragic incident, an IPS officer died in an accident whereas on his technique to take up his first posting in Hassan district, police mentioned on Monday.

The accident occurred on Sunday night when the tyre of the police automobile he was travelling in allegedly burst close to Kittane in Hassan taluk. Because of this, the driving force misplaced management, and the automobile collided with a home and a tree on the roadside, police mentioned.

The deceased recognized as Harsh Bardhan, 26 years outdated, was a 2023-batch IPS officer of the Karnataka cadre and belongs to Madhya Pradesh.
