Police have registered an FIR towards Mehraj Malik, chief of the Jammu and Kashmir unit of AAP and the social gathering’s lone MLA within the union territory, for alleged defamation, prison intimidation, and insulting the modesty of a feminine physician in Doda district.
The FIR was filed following a grievance from an affiliate professor at a medical faculty who accused the Aam Aadmi Social gathering MLA of utilizing social media platforms to publicly concern threats and make abusive, gendered, and derogatory remarks towards her.
