The Gujarat Co-operative Milk Advertising Federation Ltd (GCMMF), which sells dairy merchandise beneath the ‘Amul’ model, will make investments Rs 600 crore to arrange an built-in plant in West Bengal’s Kolkata, which can even host the world’s largest curd (dahi) manufacturing facility, its MD Jayen Mehta stated.

He stated the whole funding on this dairy plant shall be Rs 600 crore. The whole milk processing capability shall be 15 lakh litres per day. Mehta stated there’s a large demand for curd in Kolkata and its surrounding areas.
