Anju Rathi Rana Appointed as Ex-Officio Member of IBBI, ETCFO

New Delhi, The federal government has appointed Anju Rathi Rana, the regulation secretary, as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Chapter Board of India (IBBI), in response to an official notification.

The appointment has been made below part 189 of the Insolvency and Chapter Code (IBC), 2016, which permits the central authorities to appoint representatives from key ministries to the Board.

“…the central authorities hereby appoints Anju Rathi Rana, regulation secretary, because the ex-officio member within the Insolvency and Chapter Board of India to characterize the Ministry of Legislation & Justice within the Board,” as per the notification issued by the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA).

Anju Rathi Rana, a senior officer of the Indian Authorized Service, took over as regulation secretary in March this yr.

Rana is the primary lady to be appointed Secretary, Authorized Affairs, who can also be referred to as the regulation secretary. She joined the regulation ministry as a joint secretary in 2017. Previous to that, she was a public prosecutor within the Delhi authorities for 18 years.
