Assault Case: Courtroom Upholds Aditya Pancholi’s Conviction, Modifies Jail Time period

A classes courtroom in Mumbai has upheld the conviction of actor Aditya Pancholi in a 2005 parking assault case however modified the one-year jail time period handed by a Justice of the Peace and ordered his launch on a bond of excellent behaviour.

The classes courtroom, nonetheless, directed the 59-year-old actor to pay a compensation of Rs 1.5 lakh to assault case sufferer Pratik Pashine for availing the advantage of launch underneath the Probation of Offenders Act.
