Avanti West Coast strike at Christmas suspended

Deliberate strike motion by Avanti West Coast prepare managers over the Christmas interval has been suspended, the RMT rail union has stated.

The walkouts had been deliberate for 22, 23, and 29 December, however the union stated a brand new supply had been made that may now be put to coach managers.

It contains increased relaxation day working funds and different adjustments to working preparations.

The RMT stated prepare managers will vote on the supply in a referendum that finishes on 17 December.
