RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) chief Tejashwi Yadav has charged Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar with “sustaining silence” over alleged irregularities in a PSC examination, claiming that latest query paper “leaks” in such aggressive exams have been “state-sponsored.”
