Hindustan Instances quoted police officers and reported that the rape accused, Kailash, is a resident of Vasundhara, Mayur Vihar, East Delhi and makes Instagram reels. He had linked with the lady from London by social media a number of months in the past.
The British vacationer was visiting the states of Goa and Maharashtra when she reached out to Kailash, inviting him to fulfill her. Kailash, in flip, requested her to come back to Delhi.
