Amid Sardaar Ji 3 controversy, The Federation of Western India Cine Workers (FWICE) has written a letter to the makers of Border 2 to take away Diljit Dosanjh from their struggle drama.

The actor-singer has been going through extreme criticism casting for Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in his upcoming film Sardaar Ji 3. FWICE has talked about that it’s “deeply dissatisfied” with the casting of Diljit Dosanjh in Border 2 in a letter to Bhushan Kumar, Chairman & Managing Director, T-Collection, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta Producers, JP Movies, and director Anurag Singh.

“The Federation of Western India Cine Workers (FWICE), representing the core workforce of the Indian movie and tv business, is deeply dissatisfied and anxious by the casting of actor-singer Mr Diljit Dosanjh in your upcoming movie Border 2 produced beneath the banner of JP Movies in collaboration with T-Collection and directed by Mr Anurag Singh,” the letter learn.

“By selecting to collaborate with an artist who has so overtly ignored the continuing tensions and nationwide sentiment, your manufacturing has immediately undermined the stand taken by the Indian movie business in solidarity with the nation,” the letter added.

“FWICE has repeatedly made its place clear–we won’t settle for or tolerate any cooperation or collaboration with Pakistani artists in any kind or on any platform. Such actions are a disservice to the sacrifices made by our armed forces and residents who proceed to face the results of cross-border hostilities and terrorism,” the letter additional learn.
