CBSE holds Nationwide Ability Expo and Steering Competition, over 1,650 college students attend | Schooling
The Central Board of Secondary Schooling (CBSE) hosted the Nationwide Ability Expo and Steering Program at Delhi Public Faculty, Pali Highway, Jodhpur, on February 6, 2025. The occasion aimed to advertise talent training and profession readiness amongst college students nationwide.
The occasion was inaugurated by Rahul Singh, IAS, CBSE Chairman, with Dr Raju Narayana Swamy, IAS, Principal Secretary, Authorities of Kerala, Dr Biswajit Saha, Director (Ability Schooling), CBSE, and Asha Vyas, Professional-Vice Chairperson of DPS Pali Highway.
“The world is evolving, and we should evolve too, getting ready our future generations for profession readiness. CBSE is championing India’s academic shift in the direction of skilling by means of initiatives just like the Nationwide Steering Competition (NGF),” mentioned Rahul Singh, IAS.

Dr. Raju Narayana Swamy lauded CBSE’s initiative in imparting talent training to college students. He confused the significance of figuring out inborn skills and expertise and guiding learners successfully.
The Ability Expo witnessed participation from over 1,650 college students throughout 46 groups representing 13 states and a couple of union territories. College students showcased modern tasks in rising applied sciences, synthetic intelligence, magnificence and wellness, banking, and finance, amongst others, knowledgeable CBSE.

The Steering Competition featured expert-led periods, together with a chat by Capt. Poonam Devrakhyani, Airline Pilot and Aviation Marketing consultant, DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, on ‘Skilling for the Sky: Careers in Aviation.’
A panel dialogue on ‘The Function of Design and Know-how in Skilling’ included insights from Archana Surana, Director of ARCH School of Design and Enterprise, Sandeep Sethi, Director of Schooling at Jaipur Metropolis Palace Museum, Anamika Das, Head of ESRI, and Sanjeev Shivesh, CEO of ThinkStartup.
The occasion concluded with a lecture by Prof. V.S. Srivastava, Head, PSS Central Institute of Vocational Schooling (PSSCIVE) Bhopal on ‘Selling Ability Schooling in Colleges NCF-SE.’
The competitors culminated in recognizing the highest tasks, with SSVM Faculty of Excellence, Coimbatore, and Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Vidyashram, Jaipur, collectively securing the primary place.
The occasion concluded with Swati Acharjee, Principal of DPS Jodhpur, acknowledging the contributions of all members, audio system, and organizers, talked about the press launch.
