“Additional, the impugned motion of the Central Authorities is violative of statutory scheme of the Catastrophe Administration Act, 2005, the guide for drought administration and the rules on structure and administration of the State Catastrophe Response Fund and Nationwide Catastrophe Response Fund,” the plea stated.
It stated below the guide for drought administration, the Centre was required to take a closing choice on the help to the state from the NDRF inside a month of the receipt of the inter-ministerial central workforce (IMCT).
