Delhi: 8-year-old woman strangled to loss of life for resisting rape by neighbourhood ‘brother’

19-year-old accused arrested

The officer stated the woman is survived by his mother and father and an elder brother. A neighbour informed PTI that the woman was enjoying outdoors her home when she went lacking round 6 pm Monday.
