It stated that on checking the X account, the alleged derogatory posts weren’t out there.

“On receipt of the reply from X, additional investigation can be performed accordingly, and investigation of the case can be finalised,” the standing report stated.

Sachdeva’s counsels Makrand D Adkar and Vikram Kumar stated that the courtroom sought a contemporary motion taken report or standing report from the police and posted the matter for additional proceedings on July 30.
