Deworming marketing campaign launched in Cuddalore

Collector Sibi Adhithya Senthil Kumar on Monday launched the Nationwide Deworming Day marketing campaign, which distributes Albendazole tablets to 9.25 lakh kids and girls, excluding pregnant and lactating ladies, in Cuddalore. It would cowl 7,01,617 kids aged 1 to 19 and a couple of,23,660 ladies aged 20 to 30. The tablets had been distributed via colleges and faculties, anganwadi centres, well being sub-centres and first well being centres throughout the district.
