Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin on Friday urged the folks to “rise” to defend the state in a struggle in opposition to the delimitation of constituencies and the three-language coverage.

Stalin mentioned that different states had been elevating their voice of solidarity in opposition to the central authorities.
