Ex-Military Officer Assaulted, Robbed By Lady He Met Via Matrimonial Web site

A retired Military colonel from Haryana has filed a police criticism right here, alleging that he was held hostage, assaulted, looted and compelled to take part in an “obscene video” at gunpoint with a girl he met by means of a matrimonial web site, police mentioned on Saturday.

The lady from Mathura, who was allegedly in on the plan to rob him, was working with different accomplices, the ex-army man mentioned in his criticism filed on Thursday.

In line with Barsana Station Home Officer (SHO) Raj Kamal Singh, Colonel Rajneesh Soni (retired), a resident of Gurugram, reported that he was contacted by a girl from Barsana on a matrimonial web site in January. The lady allegedly agreed to marry him, they usually started speaking.

The lady allegedly persuaded the colonel to go to Barsana on January 25, requesting that he go to the Radharani temple. When he arrived, she organized for his keep at a visitor home and took him on a tour of the world, together with a go to to the temple, the complainant mentioned.

After returning to the visitor home, the girl and her accomplices allegedly instructed the colonel that her brother had been concerned in an accident they usually wanted to go away instantly. They then led him to a ready automotive.

“As soon as exterior the city limits, the colonel alleges that he was attacked by the occupants of the automotive. They seized his cellphone, bodily assaulted him, and compelled him to contact family members and buddies to switch cash,” the SHO mentioned.

“He was then taken again to the visitor home, the place he was allegedly compelled to take part in obscene movies and images at gunpoint. He was threatened that the movies could be made public if he reported the incident,” the officer mentioned.

The colonel has alleged that his purse, bag, gold chain, debit card and Rs. 12,000 in money had been stolen from the visitor home.

After an unsuccessful try at finding the perpetrators himself, the colonel lastly reported the incident to the Barsana police two days in the past, he mentioned.

“A case has been registered underneath related sections of the BNS and all information are being investigated. Additional motion will probably be taken as per information discovered within the investigation,” the SHO mentioned.
