US startup CTO appeals to DOGE after USCIS Inexperienced Card rejection

USCIS concluded that his work didn’t meet the “substantial optimistic financial results” and nationwide influence standards required for his inexperienced card class.

Follwoing the rejection, Jin has appealed to the Division of Authorities Effectivity (DOGE), a federal initiative spearheaded by President-elect Donald Trump to reform high-skilled immigration insurance policies. DOGE, led by Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy, goals to streamline authorities processes and scale back regulatory obstacles.

“I actually hope DOGE, with @elonmusk,@sriramk, and @DavidSacks, can repair the system and speed up high-skilled immigration.”

“Excessive-skilled immigrants are America’s secret weapon. It must be merit-based—not left to some USCIS officer carelessly reviewing paperwork and copy-pasting rejection causes!” he argued.
