FM unveils Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojna to spice up rural prosperity – Firstpost

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday in her eighth consecutive Union Finances introduced the Dhan Dhanya Krishi Yojna, a partnership with states geared toward boosting productiveness in 100 districts. The scheme will profit 1.7 crore farmers, fostering rural prosperity and creating alternatives that make migration an possibility, not a necessity.

The finances comes as India faces a four-year-low development price of 6.4% and rising requires tax reduction amid slowing consumption. This marks the second finances of the BJP-led NDA authorities’s third time period.
