Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday introduced {that a} Ukrainian delegation will take part in talks with Russia in Istanbul, with the first objective of attaining a ceasefire.

The Istanbul delegation shall be led by Defence Minister Rustem Umerov and can embrace army and intelligence officers.
