Even when your job is not being changed by a robotic, there’s loads of financial insecurity at this time, with many individuals only one paycheck away from catastrophe. To struggle financial hardship, the Metropolis of Stockton, Calif., is launching a pilot program to check the advantages of a primary common revenue (BUI) – giving $500 a month to impoverished residents, no strings connected.
