Growth of Amaravati: A.P. govt. prescribes a brand new set of LPS guidelines

The federal government issued a G.O. on July 1 prescribing the A.P. Capital Area Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Guidelines, 2025 for the capital area besides the Capital Metropolis Space (CCA) which can proceed to be ruled by the A.P. Capital Metropolis Land Pooling Scheme (Formulation and Implementation) Guidelines, 2015. 

It was said within the G.O. (Ms.No.118) revealed within the title of S. Suresh Kumar, Principal Secretary (Municipal Administration & City Growth), that the A.P. The scheme was titled the Land Pooling Scheme, below which land parcels owned by particular person farmers or teams of householders have been consolidated by the CRDA as per complete improvement plan.
