A spokesperson of the state authorities on Saturday mentioned that the committee underneath the chairmanship of the SDM will embrace officers from the Excise division, Police and Drug Management Authority and can be tasked with guaranteeing compliance with regulatory norms and stopping misuse of narcotic substances.
