South Korean automaker Hyundai Motor Firm on Tuesday (June 3, 2025) exited Ola Electrical Mobility by promoting its complete 2.47% stake within the firm for ₹552 crore by an open market transaction.

Based on the majority deal information out there on the Nationwide Inventory Alternate (NSE), Hyundai Motor Firm offered greater than 10.88 crore shares or 2.47% stake in Bengaluru-based Ola Electrical Mobility.

The shares had been disposed of at a mean value of ₹50.70 apiece, taking the transaction worth to ₹551.96 crore.

In a separate transaction, Kia Company, part of world Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group, additionally offloaded over 2.71 crore shares, representing a 0.62% stake in Ola Electrical Mobility.
