ICC lawyer seeks arrest of Taliban leaders over persecution of ladies

The Worldwide Felony Courtroom’s chief prosecutor introduced he’s looking for arrest warrants for the Taliban’s religious chief Haibatullah Akhundzada and its chief justice, accusing them of persecuting ladies in Afghanistan.
