Imran Khan, former Pakistan PM, nominated for Nobel Peace Prize

Pakistan’s jailed former prime minister Imran Khan has been nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts for human rights and democracy.
Members of the Pakistan World Alliance (PWA) — an advocacy group based in December 2024 — who additionally belong to the Norwegian political get together Partiet Sentrum, introduced the nomination of Khan, 72.
