ITI Ltd to deploy BharatNet undertaking price ₹1,901 cr in North Jap Area

ITI Ltd., unbiased India’s first PSU and a telecom manufacturing firm, on Monday signed an settlement as Undertaking Implementing Company (PIA) with BSNL on behalf of the Common Service Obligation Fund (USOF) for NER-II (North Jap Area) Package deal-15 of BharatNet Section-3 Undertaking.
In line with the PSU, the full worth of the contract is ₹1,901 crore, together with capital expenditure (capex) and working expenditure (opex). The order worth includes ₹1,168 crore as capex, ₹700.84 crore as opex for the newly constructed community, and ₹32.21 crore as opex for the upkeep of the prevailing community.
