Kannada Actors Vinay Gowda, Rajath Kishan Arrested In Arms Act Case

Bigg Boss Kannada fame Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan have been arrested by the Karnataka police underneath sections of the Arms Act, 1959 (U/s-25(1B)(B)) of the Bharatiya Nyay Samhita (BNS), in accordance with police officers.
A grievance was filed towards each Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan during which they could possibly be seen allegedly exhibiting a machete in a video, after which police took obligatory motion towards the 2 people.
“Massive Boss Kannada fame Vinay Gowda and Rajath Kishan arrested underneath sections of Arms Act, 1959 (U/s-25(1B)(B)); Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 (U/s-270,r/w 3(5)) after a grievance was filed towards each exhibiting a machete in a video for reel”, S Girish, DCP West Bengaluru stated in his assertion.
Vinay Gowda made a reel with Rajath Kishan. In these reels,Mr Gowda is allegedly holding an extended machete, carrying cooling glass, and strolling in gradual movement whereas copying the type of actor Darshan.
Because the video went viral on social media, an FIR was registered towards each people. As per the grievance, holding a machete for a reel in public and creating an environment of concern is now the reason for the issue. Additionally, these reels have been shared on an Instagram account referred to as Bujji.
After watching this video, the police registered an Arms Act case towards each of them. Carrying and reeling weapons in public, creating an environment of concern, is an offence underneath the legislation. On this background, FIR has been registered towards these two.
