Karnataka: 4, together with three college students, killed as pilgrimage automobile overturns in Raichur

The automobile was carrying college students of Mantralaya Sanskrit Pathashala have been on a pilgrimage to Hampi to supply prayers at Narahari Temple. Police stated the accident occurred close to Araginamara Camp in Sindhanur.

Deceased college students have been recognized as Aryavandan (18), Sucheendra (22) and Abhilash (20). Driver Shiva (24) too misplaced his life on this accident. The ten injured folks have been admitted to an area hospital.

The Sindhanur police visited the spot, shifted the our bodies to the mortuary and injured to the hospital. Sindhanur Site visitors Police Station registered a case.

Siddaramaiah condoles deaths

Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has condoled the deaths of 14 folks within the two separate street accidents that passed off in Uttara Kannada and Raichur districts of the State on Wednesday morning.

“It was heartbreaking to listen to the information {that a} complete of 14 folks died in two separate accidents in Yellapur in Uttara Kannada district and Sindhanur in Raichur district,” Siddaramaiah stated in a put up on X.

The chief minister stated that the victims’ households could be supplied applicable compensation by the federal government.

“I pray for the souls of the deceased to relaxation in peace. My condolences to the grieving individuals who misplaced their family members in these tragic occasions. The households of the deceased can be supplied applicable compensation by the federal government,” the chief minister stated.

In one other incident, ten folks have been killed and 15 injured after a truck carrying them overturned Yellapur in Uttara Kannada this morning, stated the police.

The victims have been travelling to Kumta market from Savanur to promote greens.
