Kim Delaney, an Emmy-winning actor identified for her position on “NYPD Blue,” is not going to face prison prices in connection along with her arrest in Marina Del Rey in an alleged home dispute over the weekend.
The Los Angeles County District Lawyer’s Workplace has declined to filed prices towards Delaney and James Morgan, each of whom have been arrested March 29, “resulting from inadequate proof,” Pamela Johnson, a spokesperson for the DA’s workplace, confirmed in a press release Tuesday.

After being arrested the prior Saturday, Delaney was launched from custody Tuesday at 10:45 a.m., county data present.
She was arrested on suspicion of assault with a lethal weapon whereas James was arrested on suspicion of battery, in line with the LA County Sheriff’s Division.
