Kotak Mahindra web revenue dips 14%

MUMBAI: Kotak Mahindra Bankreported a 14% year-on-year decline in standalone web revenue to Rs 3,552 crore for the quarter ended March 2025, as rising provisions and narrowing margins weighed on earnings. For the complete 12 months, standalone revenue after tax rose 6% to Rs 13,720 crore, excluding a Rs 2,730 crore achieve from the sale of a stake in its basic insurance coverage unit.Together with the one-time achieve, annual revenue rose 19% to Rs 16,450 crore. The board proposed a dividend of Rs 2.5 per share.
On a consolidated foundation, web revenue for the March quarter dropped 8% to Rs 4,933 crore. For FY25, consolidated revenue after tax rose 21% to Rs 22,126 crore, supported by a Rs 3,013 crore achieve from the insurance coverage divestment. With out this achieve, revenue was up 5% to Rs 19,113 crore.
