Larsen & Toubro luggage order price round Rs 15,000 cr from QatarEnergy LNG, ETCFO
New Delhi, Infrastructure main Larsen & Toubro on Wednesday stated it has bagged an ultra-mega order from QatarEnergy LNG for its offshore hydrocarbon enterprise. The corporate classifies contracts above Rs 15,000 crore as ‘extremely mega’ orders.
“QatarEnergy LNG, the world’s premier LNG firm, has awarded an Extremely Mega Offshore Contract for the North Area Manufacturing Sustainability Offshore Compression Mission to Larsen & Toubro Ltd (L&T) hydrocarbon enterprise (L&T Power Hydrocarbon– LTEH),” the corporate stated in a regulatory submitting.
This order marks the most important single contract ever obtained by L&T, the submitting stated.
Below the contract, L&T will do engineering, procurement, fabrication, set up, and commissioning of two offshore compression complexes, every comprising of huge offshore platforms with compression and energy era amenities, residing quarters, flare platforms, interconnected bridges, and different related buildings to be situated at roughly 80 kms off the northeast coast of Qatar.
