LIC hikes stake in Financial institution of India to eight.38%, CFO Information, ETCFO
Life Insurance coverage Company (LIC) has hiked its stake in Financial institution of India (BoI) to eight.38 per cent as of Could 9. LIC has purchased about 2.026 per cent stake in public sector BoI between September 2, 2021, and Could 9, 2025, BoI stated in a inventory change disclosure on Tuesday.
LIC’s stake within the financial institution has elevated from 6.35 per cent to eight.38 per cent over the four-year interval.
Shares of Financial institution of India closed at Rs 112.55, up 2.27 per cent over the earlier shut on the BSE.
