Ludhiana: Lady dragged by hair, molested following dispute over pruning tree

The girl said that the accused have been assaulting her father, when she tried to intervene the accused assaulted her too. The Division quantity 7 police lodged an FIR in opposition to Goldy of New Sukhdev Nagar, his mom Paramjit Kaur and their 4 aides, who’re but to be recognized.

ASI Randhir Singh, who’s investigating the case, said that an FIR below sections 74 (assault or use of felony pressure to girl with intent to outrage her modesty), 115(2) (voluntarily inflicting damage), 126 (2) (wrongful restrain) and 351 (2) (felony intimidation) of the BNS has been lodged in opposition to the accused. A hunt is on for the arrest of the accused.
