Maharashtra: 6 MVA nominees problem election of Mahayuti MLAs in HC, allege ballot fraud

The petitions, filed on Tuesday, sought instructions to the ECI to declare the elections of the respective Mahayuti candidates as “void” and sought it to be put aside.
Additional, the pleas have sought instructions to authorities to allow them to entry the denied paperwork and data, together with CCTV footage, Types 17A and 17C, amongst others.
