Mumbai Customs has arrested a traveller on the worldwide airport right here for allegedly making an attempt to smuggle 15 kg of hydroponic weed with an estimated worth of ₹14.73 crore, officers mentioned.

The contraband was hid inside envelopes bearing purported Ministry of Exterior Affairs markings and sealed with official MEA tape, he mentioned, including that the trolley bag additionally contained copies of assorted UNODC and faux “prime secret mission” reviews.

A case has been registered beneath the Narcotic Medicine and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
