Man with Taser, tape and cord accused of stalking, attempting to kidnap Memphis mayor

A person discovered with a Taser, rope and duct tape who was seen within the neighborhood has been accused of stalking and trying to kidnap the mayor of Memphis, Tennessee.
Trenton Abston, 25, is being held within the Shelby County Jail with no bail or bond listed and a courtroom look scheduled for Friday, in accordance with jail data.
