Market Cap Of NSE-Listed Companies Sees Almost 7% Development In FY25 With 11.3 Cr Traders | Financial system Information

New Delhi: The market capitalisation of NSE-listed corporations reached Rs 410.87 lakh crore ($4.81 trillion) in FY25 (until March 31), from Rs 384.2 lakh crore ($4.61 trillion) in FY24 — a progress of 6.94 per cent year-on-year, in response to the information launched by the Nationwide Inventory Change on Monday. 

The whole variety of corporations listed on the NSE stood at 2,720 (as on March 31, 2025).

Complete distinctive registered buyers reached 11.3 crore (until March 28), with whole distinctive accounts at 21.94 crore (until March 27). New investor registrations in FY25 have been 2.09 crore (until March 28), in response to the NSE knowledge.

The monetary 12 months noticed 242 preliminary public choices (IPOs), and the overall quantity raised by means of IPO (Mainboard + Emerge) reached Rs 1.7 lakh crore.

In accordance with the information, the market capitalisation of NSE Emerge (SME) listed corporations (as of March 31, 2025) was Rs 1.8 lakh crore ($20.8 billion) in FY25, up a large 50 per cent from Rs 1.2 lakh crore ($14.8 billion) in FY24.

Complete cumulative quantity in GIFT Nifty contracts for FY25 reached 23.99 million contracts, with a complete turnover of $1.111 trillion.
