Mayiladuthurai-Sengottai Specific to cease at Alakkudi station for 3 months

The Tiruchi Railway Division has introduced that the Mayiladuthurai-Sengottai-Mayiladuthurai Specific (16847/16848) will cease for one minute at Alakkudi station on an experimental foundation for 3 months from February 10. The Alakkudi station falls within the Thanjavur-Tiruchi broadgauge part.

The prepare will arrive Alakkudi station at 1.26 p.m. and depart at 1.27 p.m. The Sengottai – Mayiladuthurai Specific will arrive at Alakkudi at 2.06 p.m. and depart at 2.07 pm, in accordance with a press launch on Friday.
