Military car plunges into gorge in J-Okay’s Ramban, three troopers killed

Three Military personnel, together with a junior commissioned officer, had been killed when their car skidded off the street and plunged right into a 500-metre deep gorge in Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban district on Sunday, officers stated.
The Military truck was a part of a convoy transferring from Jammu to Srinagar alongside nationwide highway-44. The accident occurred close to Battery Chashma at round 11.30 am, the officers stated.
They stated a joint rescue operation was launched instantly by Military, police, State Catastrophe Response Drive and native volunteers.
Three troopers travelling within the car had been discovered lifeless on the spot.
The deceased had been recognized as Naib-Subedar Sujeet Kumar, driver Amit Kumar and sepoy Man Bahadur, stated officers, who added that their our bodies had been retrieved from the gorge after a number of hours of hectic efforts.
