Nellore Municipal Company intensifies crackdown on unauthorised constructions

In a transfer to accentuate the crackdown on unauthorised constructions, Nellore Municipal Company (NMC) is taking a number of steps to place a verify on street encroachments, unlawful buildings and constructions within the metropolis.

NMC Commissioner Y.O. Nandan on Thursday requested the officers to clear the street margins encroached by outlets within the neighborhood of A. C. Subba Reddy Vegetable Market close to Madras Bus Stand.

Earlier, the Commissioner instructed the Planning Division officers and Ward Secretariat Planning Secretaries to establish the buildings which were constructed with out constructing permits on the pillar stage and take away the constructions.

Final week, three under-construction residences have been recognized with out permits in Haranathapuram Extension space.
