New Delhi railway station stampede: Ashwini Vaishnaw concedes deaths in stampede, expresses grief

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw expressed his grief on the demise of individuals in a stampede that occurred Saturday night on the New Delhi Railway Station.
Vaishnaw mentioned on X, “Deeply saddened by the unlucky stampede that occurred at New Delhi Railway Station. My prayers are with all those that have misplaced their family members. All the staff is working to help all those that have been affected by this tragic incident.” Earlier, the Railway Ministry dismissed reviews of anybody dying within the stampede.
The Ministry is but to share the demise toll or the variety of these rushed to hospital with accidents.
Earlier in a submit on X, Vaishnaw had mentioned: “State of affairs beneath management at New Delhi railway station (NDLS). Delhi Police and RPF reached. Injured taken to hospital.
