Opposition’s demand for dialogue on votebandi non-negotiable: Congress

The Congress on Wednesday, 6 August, mentioned the Opposition’s demand for a dialogue on the “votebandi” by the Election Fee is “non-negotiable” in each Homes of Parliament.
