Mr Wagan, a seasoned diplomat, was on a private journey to Los Angeles. The report stated he had a legitimate US visa and different journey paperwork.
Immigration authorities stopped Mr Wagan after he arrived in Los Angeles with officers flagging issues over diplomatic protocol. The US officers flagged “controversial visa references” of Mr Wagan, although there isn’t a readability over the particular issues, the report stated citing diplomatic sources.
He was then requested to return from the place he had arrived in Los Angeles.
