Physique of kidnapped Agra boy discovered buried in Rajasthan village

The physique of an eight-year-old boy, who was kidnapped from Agra in April, has been recovered from Mania village in Rajasthan, police stated.

The restoration was made by the Rajasthan Police on Saturday (July 19, 2025) following which they knowledgeable their Agra counterparts, they stated.

In keeping with police, the deceased Abhay, a Class 1 pupil, was the son of Vijay Pratap, a Vijay Nagar resident who owned a transport agency.

The minor was enjoying outdoors his residence when he went lacking on April 30. A few days later, the household obtained a letter, which revealed that he was kidnapped. The abductors demanded a ransom of ₹80 lakh from Abhay’s father.

Assistant Commissioner of Police Amardeep Lal stated, “We’re actively engaged on the case for a breakthrough. We’re shut, the case will likely be closed quickly.”
