The central authorities will transfer a movement on Thursday to call the members of a joint parliamentary committee for ‘One Nation One Election’. A complete of 21 MPs from the Lok Sabha are set to scrutinise two payments on simultaneous polls.
The Lok Sabha’s record of enterprise included the 21 names to be a part of the committee, a movement on whose structure might be moved by legislation minister Arjun Ram Meghwal. Among the many members proposed to be on the committee, 14 are from the BJP-led Nationwide Democratic Alliance (NDA), together with 10 from the BJP.
Former Union ministers Anurag Thakur and PP Chaudhary from the BJP, and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra of the Congress might be among the many members of the joint parliamentary committee (JPC). Former Union minister Parshottambhai Rupala, Bhartruhari Mahtab, Anil Baluni, CM Ramesh, Bansuri Swaraj, Vishnu Dayal Ram and Sambit Patra are among the many BJP MPs to be a part of the panel.
In response to sources, Chaudhary, a former minister of state for legislation, is seen because the possible chairperson of the committee whereas Thakur can be a contender. Speaker Om Birla will take the ultimate name as per the principles.
Manish Tewari and Sukhdeo Bhagat of the Congress, Shrikant Shinde of the Shiv Sena, Dharmendra Yadav of the Samajwadi Occasion, Kalyan Banerjee of the TMC, TM Selvaganapathi of the DMK, GM Harish Balayogi of the TDP, Supriya Sule of the NCP (Sharad Pawar), Chandan Chauhan of the RLD and Balashowry Vallabhaneni of the Jana Sena Occasion are different members.
Rajya Sabha will identify its 10 members for the committee in a separate communication.
