Protests erupt after South Korean president declares martial legislation

South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol declared martial legislation Tuesday, freezing all democratic authorities normalcy and placing the navy in cost. Yoon is a lame duck president who has been battling South Korea’s parliament whereas his spouse has been beneath investigation for corruption.
