Punjab Director Common of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav mentioned the accused — recognized as Jagga Singh and Manjinder Singh — had been key operatives of the phobia module operated by Germany-based Gurpreet Singh alias Goldy Dhillon, who’s a detailed operative of Goldy Brar-Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

A case has been registered beneath the Explosive Substances Act.
